Very good.... I could see Dominic Cummings quickly seeing
through Joe. All style and no substance. He would see that Joe
is someone who sits round in bars and rarely ventures out of his
normal surroundings. American Joe on the otherhand should be UK
Home secretary. He would arm us all and crime rates would fall
as a result.

Joe Cummings, as a convicted plagiarist, would be perfect for
the job. All his scripts would be purloined from previous PMs.

Actually, I think the correct decision was made in the UK to
stop the citizenry from owning firearms.
Watching the number of fights, assaults, stabbings, road rage
incidents etc in the UK, if you were allowed to own guns you as
a people would not handle it well, and you violent crime rate
would skyrocket.
You as a people are all too repressed emotionally or something,
plus, if you were armed, you may begin to overthrow your
government and establish a more accountable system without a
Civic Aristocracy that are philosophically culture marxists.
So then bye bye NHS and without that, well, all your taxes, no
heavy industry in the country, cradle to grave government
oversight of the citizenry, not having a written constitution,
official secrecy act a etc etc, so any actual governing of the
British Mob is impossible.
No, legal firearm possession by individuals in the UK would be a
very big mistake.

Yes we believe in fair trials before a jury. Not execution by
the police in the street. You can keep your high murder and
suicide rates.

Agreed.
Civilian ownership and possession of firearms by citizens of the
UK would be an absolute disaster.
If the people of Britain were allowed to legally purchase
firearms it would lead to violent attacks by the armed British
citizenry upon the House of Parliament.
