You're still around? How are you doing?
The NHS is sh1t and hasn't been fit for purpose for years. I'd
never brag about it as it's a Third World service and I've had
better treatment in Singapore and Thailand. It should have been
privatized decades ago.

Joe good to see you are alive!!!! You gone home to Alaska or are
you taking your chances out in the desert?
Neither Ducky or I are huge fans of the NHS. In normal times it
is a sub standard and basic service. If you go into a hospital
then chances are you will pick up other infections. If you are
old and near to death then the best thing is to stay away
altogether. It is though a nice safety net and for US style
levels of healthcare we have the option to go overseas.
The comparison with the USA and UK now is telling. Richest
nation on earth cannot halt the spread. Highest infection and
mortality rates.... After the crisis is over we will find out
why the US failed so badly. It might just be your President was
in denial until early March. Your healthcare staff have no sense
of civic duty. $$$$

The best healthcare systems in the world tend to be in places
such as Scandinavia, Switzerland, Singapore, etc.
The worst - Burma, N. Korea, Iran & the UK.
Go figure.

You get what you pay for. Universal healthcare run by national
socialist bureacrats like Ereich are never going to function
efficiently. When there is a national crisis though the state
has the infrastructure to swing into action.
The US lacks a coordinated health care and so Joe is feeling
very butt hurt because right now the US is being shamed
throughout the developed world. How can it be on a par to
bankrupt Italy who have a disproportionately high elderly
population who are dropping dead in areas hit hardest by
pollution.
US and Trump are up shit creek when it comes to disease
prevention.

1. No, I'm still in Saudi.
I work from the compound now.
Lots of 'busy work', but for what they are paying me, it's all
good.
This month hit $100,000 banked, which was my goal this year.
Of course, with what's happened with my mutual funds I was
bragging about a few months ago, well, I'm just keeping it as
cash right now until I can figure something else to do with it.
I did consider this a few years ago, but then realized living on
a boat in a damp, stinky marina really isn't my cup of tea.
But the idea, it does intrigue me for some reason.
And the "problem" is I do have the cash.

Good to hear you are still in the Kingdom. Keep working hard and
you will be one of the people who comes out on top eventually.
Thank your lucky stars you are not in the US which is now the
epicentre of the virus globally. All law and order will break
down shortly and police officers will be gunning down people for
breach of curfew. Stay where it is civilised (the executions in
Saudi are preceeded by a trial).

Mocks the NHS which is guaranteed to get most Brits on the
defensive but then fails to deliver killer blows.
Joe in a battle would deliver one slap to the face of the enemy
and then run. To think his compatriots fought their way through
Normandy going up against well fortified German positions......
