Wow.
Your experience was much worse than mine in the divorce, and I
thought I had it bad.
In the 1980s my brother's wife used to do crazy things to him,
like once jumped on his back and started biting him and then her
daughter (my brother's step daughter) attacked him as well, by
the legs and tripped him and they then continued the attack on
him for awhile while he was covering himself on the floor.
Then his wife called the police on him.
She would also vandalize their car too, once poking holes in all
the tires.
Yes, I agree, there is more female on male violence than
reported.
All I ever had was the psychological torture aspect, which was
bad enough.
I'll be honest: I don't mind being single, as my life was pretty
bad for about 1.5 years during the lead up to the divorce and
the divorce.
And I do think something is going on in the job change dynamic,
whether planned and orchestrated or not, there just seems to me
that females have completely taken over the workforce in the
U.S.

Women in the workforce is good. 15 years ago my experience of
working in investment banks was bad. Bullying, dog eat dog,
backstabbing, very masculine, racist and homophobic. Very few
women in trade floor or senior positions. That was the Dutch
Bank ABN AMRO. Fast forward to these last 3 months and young 20
something women are almost a majority on the floors. Far more
senior women but with it being Japanese they still hold off the
top positions for Japanese men only. But the culture has
drastically changed. The bankers are nice to me. I had a Greek
single mother join me on my birthday for drinks and 15 years ago
their was no way she could have been accommodated in a banking
environment with parental time needed. Oh and they had an LGBT
bake off sale to make money to promote LGBT events for gay and
lesbians in the bank. So much more diverse. So much nicer.

Oh that's right, you're a Liberal, so any criticism of females
and minorities is not allowed in your world.
You obviously have never run head first into the following.
Believe me, for you to say you 'support' "MFVD Practicing
Minority Preference" (Minority, female, Veteran and Disabled) is
working against your own interests my friend.
But you are willfully blind if you do not see what is happening.

Joe I am with you on Feminism. I think most women believe it and
have been sold a lie. Even Germaine Greer says the corporate
world is wrong for women. She says it is a damaging and hostile
world that even men do not want to be in so aspiring to be a
career woman means giving up on the areas of life that made
being female preferable.
By getting more women into the workplace we have seen employers
and the rich owners reduce real wages. Or more the case the
costs of home ownership have rocketed. 40 years ago a single
salaried man could have kept a whole family. Now you have
university educated couples who cannot afford a home and to
start a family. This great social experiment has failed but
nobody dares stand up and say Feminism has ruined the lives of
the generations coming into the workplace now and seen them have
reduced time with their own parents.
This gender hatred of men has turned young females against young
men. Everything is now too fraught with risk. Young females
capitalise on this by selling sex as a commodity more and more
as it becomes increasingly hard to connect with people at work
or socially. The West has sown its own seeds of destruction.
Plummeting birth rates and ever higher rates of depression.
Feminism is Cancer and I am a Liberal saying this.

Oh and that quote from Shinzo Abe is laughable. Japanese
corporations still reserve the top spots for Japanese men only.
Loyalty to the company is everything. Like feudal Japan they all
still owe obedience to their overlords. They are all slaves to
the machine in the bank. No lives outside of work. The Japanese
expats are the chosen few sent to London to manage European
colleagues but they never work from home. Nobody wants a
laptop..... Every hour in the Bank. Japanese women in charge
would not address this Japanese f&cked up work life balance.
They all do silly coquetish laughs on the floor and weird child
like flirting. The most immature, submissive and child like of
women. Feminism in Japan means women have totally stopped
becoming mothers to chase a "career". I had one woman in her 20s
say she envied me having children and still being able to work
60 hour weeks. She can never give up her career and so will
never have children.

Oh dear..... The domestic abuser and boyfriend battered, killed
herself. Rather than stand trial and admit her abusive behaviour
she ended her life.
Too much for a woman in the public eye to stand up and admit she
has anger and violence issues. Has to always be the victim in
line with Feminist conditioning. So the violent woman carried
out an act of violence against herself. Utterly selfish. In
doing so she did yet more damage to everyone around her. Now the
police will be blamed for a totally justified prosecution.
Must not prosecute poor weak females, only big nasty men.

that other low class twaddle.

My God.
The boyfriend is lucky to have survived, as if she is willing to
kill herself, do you think she might have killed him?
And you are right.
By the end of next week she'll be looked at by some as a victim.

I am annoyed at how badly she has acted. She could just have
admitted guilt, been given a caution or suspended sentence. She
then could have used her position to educate other young women
that violence and abusive behaviour female on male is every bit
as bad but more prevalent than male on female.
Instead she dodged responsibility and then sent out a big f&ck
you to everyone near and close to her who will now have to live
with the sadness of her death for decades.
Utterly selfish, narcissist who had a propensity for violence
against herself and people close to her. She needed to reach out
for help but chose not to. Coward.

Looks like I had it wrong.
Now she appears to be morphing into someone who was vaguely
heroic or perhaps a cult-figure.
