lol i c mil if anything u should try playing siege its the
perfect training for those who want to become leaders it takes
lots of thinking and as long as u work wit ur team and stay
sharp u cant let them dwn so jus chill and keep ur guard up 8)

um willy i dont know how to tell you this but i never lost a
game in siege.At least not so far.1vs1 ofc and even in team
fights but really rarely team fight i never lost XD so if thats
what it takes then i m already one...you better find new
criteria for your theory of a leader.

make decisions and give good orders tsiege is the best place

pfft i dont really need a team nobody will even listen to
me.Each one plays with his own style but never as a team.All ppl
do is to simply stick together without having any plans or
something or they get reckless and start acting like idiots.Well
idc either way i always depend on myself the most and other
depend on me but i ll never depend on them because if i do all
the time they dissapoint me and thats the bad thing.Teamwork
with s4 league ppl isnt an easy thing.They are just gonna say
noob fake etc.simply raging like they think they are better.to
hell with them i say i do what i want as well and always using
my allies so i can use my own tactics.If they dont respect me i
wont respect them.You ve gotta earn my alliance and cooperation
if not sry but ur on your own.Siege wont help me at all.I
already have a sharp mind in the battlefield and in most games i
mean not just in s4 but i never do any of that.When i work alone
though things change a lot.But if i play with a team that is
worse than the opponent's team my plans instantly get ruined
because i have to play defence and eventually die as well.I ll
end it here.I ve said enough.

lols actually if I remember correctly Renkai is the only 1 with
a rank of Survivalist in game... Masters were supposed 2 be any1
Teaching u, or able to turn into Clan masters upon request...

daaaaum...guys I think this system is a bit to complicated, I
dunno about ya ,but a good way of managing the clan would be
like this (I just came up with it now):
Clan leader would have about 3-5 people whom he thinks are
suitable to act as clan generals or somthing (like 2nd,3nd etc.
in comand).Those 3-5 would have other members under their comand
(like squads ),and they would be responsible for teaching and
managing those who were assineged to them.
I don't seem to like the idea of tests ,that way everyone can
practice ,pass it and the order would be made only by the
moderator and since we have diferent time zones we can't expect
him to be online 24/7.
Basicly I am saying the curent system is a bit to loose...my
oppinion anyway

LOLOLOLOL!! Is funny cuz THAT was the original plan...
Renkai Was to make, Tsusuya, Daiske, Saul and Str84ssass1n Squad
Leaders UPON mastery of style...
Then we were to "Divide" the new recruits acording to our
styles...
However.. things.... FELL APPART!! XD Str84, couldn't take the
pressure and left, Saul is a horrible Squad Leader, and so
Daiske and I kinda took on the rest as "TD deffense and DM
Offence" ... the other half Fail as u can see..

X_x ya, thats what we call "strategic Meetings" xD as the
advisor, I took care of most of it.. but now daiske is relying
on u guys for comments and support... =D I'll leave it in ur
care guys... if all goes right, when I come back (if i do) It
will be with a low Recognicion rank... in other words, I'll look
forward 2 u guys being my masters =D
