       Microsoft stops users from downloading the Installer Cleanup
       Utility

       While the Installer Cleanup Utility is very useful for getting
       rid of files leftover since you uninstalled a program, Microsoft
       stopped users from downloading this program on their website.
       This is some direct text from their website:
       "While the Windows Installer Cleanup utility resolved some
       installation problems, it sometimes damaged other components
       installed on the computer. Because of this, the tool has been
       removed from the Microsoft Download Center. The Fix it Solutions
       in this article provide the ability to fully remove Office 2003,
       2007 and 2010 suites without damaging other Windows components."

       The utility was actually popularly recommended to fix many
       issues regarding installation stuff. Because of this popularity
       some websites started hosting the files for users to download
       off their site. So you can still get the files, just not from
       Microsoft. Heres one link that provides the files

       Nice, hahaha you mean m$ made a program that damaged their
       operating system? hahaha Nice job microsoft.
