       It is recommended to upgrade to Windows Vista SP2 as microsoft
       dropped support for SP1.
       To download SP2, click on the start button on the bottom left
       then click control panel on the right side.You should see the
       Security category, click on "Check for updates" If SP2 isn't
       there, you can download it here:

       Please make sure that you are running on service pack 1 by
       clicking on the start button then right click on "computer" then
       click properties.You can also make sure if your system is 32 or
       64 bit there as well.You should restart your computer a few
       times because when i updated, the computer loaded a bit slow,
       over next few restarts it was normal again.
