       Will/am making changes to the style sheet

       I will/am making some changes and updating the style sheet
       (theme), right now we are running on one of my many betas. This
       version features new elements that will be helpful to finding
       locked topics and eventually pinned topic that are also locked.
       That said right now any locked topics are now listed in red the
       box is filled in red rather. I will also try to fix the various
       issues created by the new forum but it may take some time. I
       will also be trying to lighten up the forum.
