       Well you have made an account and made it to the correct forum
       to ask your question. Here are some simple guidelines to follow
       before and during the writing of your post:
       1. Always post your computer Specs.! Such as processor
       information. Computer manufacturer and make and model of your
       computer. Please also post your operating system you are running
       on, and what service pack you have. If you are running an
       operating system that doesn't have an service pack then you do
       not have to worry.
       2. Please try to be clear and concise when you are asking your
       question. Please be sure to include any and all information that
       is pertinent to you issue.
       3. At this point in time we are unable to assist any member with
       removing a massive virus or malware infection. This is because
       we do not have proper training or certification to assist in
       this act. But never the less please post your inquiry any how
       and we will point you to the people who can help.
       4. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RUN COMBOFIX! And don't post a
       log. We are not to be held responsible of any damage to your
       machine should you run it and it breaks something. Also no staff
       member or regular member are to be recommending running this
       ultra dangerous program.
       5. If you have an computer that is not booting please post your
       question and click the report to moderator button and enter in
       the field that you have an non-booting computer. This way we can
       get staff to evaluate your specific situation quickly and help
       you in an appropriate manor.
