New Policy to prevent spam and spammers

I have implemented to prevent spambots and prevent the load of
spam. I have enabled email activation for new accounts on the
forum, I will see how this goes again this is to prevent
sapmmers from signing up. Also notice we have 2 new members!

I also added that new members with under 5 posts must enter in a
word from an image in order to post

I don't like that feature, it makes it to annoying to post. Many
don't like that. Please turn it off. I don't hate spammers
enough to have to enable that. Right now all that I see is the
random members that are joining and the 0 post coming from those
members.

Those are called inactive members, members who ditch the website
and forget about it.The image thing shouldn't be that hard to
pass through.Plus you only need 5 posts then your done
