Subject; Why.....?
The YouTube function in the chat rooms haven't been working
properly for months... and this is a DAILY problem. Restarting
the program does not fix the issues. Many people are unable to
play videos, to see videos, to see who's playing the video or
even if a video is playing in op tools and/or to see the name of
the video currently playing (often it shows the name of a video
that had played earlier.) In addition, sometimes the video
cannot be seen or opened, yet the music plays at full blast. In
that case, leaving the room and returning fixes it, but that's
so inconvenient, having to re-open and rearrange cams. PLEASE
make it a priority to fix these issues, as many rooms have music
nights, yet we cannot count on being able to use the YouTube
function.
Here is a point also..!
"It breaks, often, usually resulting in only a user or two being
able to play any videos. it causes users to log off and leave.
it has been a 'recurrence' for the past few months. The you tube
player seems like is has had a bug in it since a update or two
ago. Please address this issue; and thanks again for the
understanding."
Lately it has happened every DAY
In other words 'it worked last week' & yes I do enjoy looking up
to see who the band is AND WHO PLAYED IT...
As a longtime member I would expect your prioritized action
please.
