If you guys care about post counts on the AI boards

Jessica's post count is coming really close to taking over
DeAndre's post count of second place. If anybody wants to post
there to try to keep the second place post count trophy, that
would be cool. Mainly I'm posting this because I am avoiding
writing my screenplay which is kinda sorta due on April 30th.
anyhow, just spreading the messages. Also, I learned when
visiting my Puerto Rican great aunt and uncle this weekend that
my Spanish sucks. lol.

Besides, some of the regulars over there like Bigdaddy are fans
and would want to see them. ;)

I care, I've always cared, I want to keep it up. I will post
more over than I have been latley. It's just so frustrating
with the mods deleting like mad. We do need to keep Dre's name
alive over there though.

Hey, maybe another Idol conspiricy? They want Jessica's post to
have more than Dre so they delete ours since Dre's off the show?
(I think I'm in a rebellious and paranoid mood)

New discussion threads over there would help out. :)
Possible topics:
- What was your favorite DeAndre performance on AI and why?
- What is your favorite studio recording and why?
- The AI finale -- What do you hope to see from DeAndre.
- A thread about song suggestions for the tour (his individual
songs, the duet song).
- What type of artist do you see DeAndre becoming after Idol/
What artists remind you of DeAndre...
So--creating new threads to trigger more discussion.
I even think it may be worth it to repost the Honorary
Dre-Dreamers list, excluding Malia & Sasha Obama (since it was
said this may have been the possible reason it was deleted?).
Maybe at the beginning, say that we mean no harm and want to
repost the list without offending anybody.
(I saw a thread on the GD about threads going "poof." I was very
tempted to say that that tends to happen to a lot of
non-offensive DeAndre threads with no explanation, but I
refrained, lol).

There's always the classic...Last one to post loves DeAndre the
most. That always gets the count up.

I was thinking about that one too. :))
But I sort of like the idea that he doesn't have threads like
that in his forum. I took a peak in the Elise forum, and it is
indeed threads like that "Last to post loves Elise the most,"
"Say goodnight to Elise," and something about an Avatar
thread...that's got her post count so high. There's nothing
wrong with this of course, but it is a way to just fill her
forum section with a lot of fluff to make it look like she has
more posts than everyone else. I like that DeAndre's folder
centers around more actual discussion of him. With him have the
second-highest post count and being second only to Elise, in
reality it is like DeAndre truly does have the biggest
discussion section, with no added "fluff" threads. 8)
Does that makes sense? I don't know, lol. Maybe it's just me.
But that's how I see it. :)

I think you're 100% right...we don't have to rely on fluff
threads.
I only suggested it because if we want to get the count up it's
a good one to accomplish that. I've also found threads like
that pretty juvenile but if we're looking at a certain amount
that we want to reach than I'll play silly games too.
I do agree that substance outweighs volume.
