Ariel giggled. He has the imagination of a child! She thought,
finding it quite adorable, How cute! "I'd love to be your
friend!" She said smiling at him. She wondered if he really did
have those kinds of powers or if he just had a very overractive
imagination. She was afraid she might offend him though if she
asked. "I'm very glad I found you." She said, answering his
question, "Now I don't have to worry about ruffians attacking me
in the market." Not that she'd even been worried to start with.
She just figured she would play along with the story. It was
quite fun.

Bolt smiled more, very pleased with her responce. "Yes. Ruffians
are also frightened of me. That's why I can't find any of them
either. .... I'm thristy." He stared at her.

Ariel smiled. "I'll go buy some water!" She said, cheerfully.
She bounded quickly over to the hot dog stand and purchased a
bottled water before returning with it to Bolt. "Here you go!
Umm.. Can you drink from the bottle?" She asked, twisting the
cap off the top, "I can pour it into your mouth if you want!"

"Oh! Okay!" Bolt said happily and opened his mouth as wide as he
could.

Ariel turned the bottle upside down over Bolt's mouth and water
gushed out of the bottle at a fast rate.

Bolt choked and gagged. "Hey!!! Why'd you do that?! I can't
breathe!!!!" He then looked at her and demanded, "I need a bowl!
This isn't working..."

"Oh, sorry!" Ariel said, moving the bottle back into an upright
position, "I don't think they sell any bowls around here..." She
frowned looking at the many stalls around them. It seemed almost
like a maze of stores. But she hadn't seen any bowls when she
was looking around earlier.

Bolt was shocked. "No bowls?! What kind of place is this?? No
wonder I haven't seen any dogs around here! They all starve to
death or from thirst because no one gives them free food and
there's no bowls!!! I think... evil is at work here. Yes..."
Bolt perked up his ears, suddenly becoming very serious as he
realized the truth. "They know I'm here. This is their plot! I
won't be able to fight them if I've died of thirst! I should've
known... the true villian is really... THE HOTDOG SELLER!!!!
I'll be right back..." With a look of determination, Bolt turned
and ran back over to the hotdog stand and jumped on top of it.
"Ah-ha! You thought you had me fooled, didn't you?! Very clever!
But I know what you're up to! You might as well just give up now
before it's too late!"

The hot dog man looked taken aback by the dog's comment before
glaring at him. "Get off my stand you mangy mutt!" He yelled,
waving his arms at Bolt to knock him off. Ariel watched him as
the realization hit her. He REALLY thinks that he has super
powers and is a hero. She thought, blinking in disbelief. She
quickly rushed after Bolt trying to stop the incident from
escalating. "Wait, Bolt! You can't just accuse anyone of being a
criminal!" She said.

Bolt jumped back from his arm. "How dare you?!" he exclaimed
before looking back over at Ariel. "Stand back, Ariel! I'll take
care of this ruffian! His disguise can no longer fool me!" He
started barking at the hotdog man while screaming in-between
barks, "Superbark!!!! SUPERBARK!!!" Though there was nothing
"super" about his barking, he refused to give up.
