Megara looked over at Eric when he said her name. Deciding not
to be cruel as she was yesterday, even though he seems he
deserved it, she nodded her head towards him.
"Hello, dear Prince. Did you have fun last night in your room
with one of your lady friends?" Meg asked, as she turned back to
the assorted fruits and veggies.

"No, I actually left after you went to your room." He said,
running a hand through his hair and hoping he looked
presentable. He watched her look at the fruits and wondered if
he should offer to buy her something. Remembering last night, he
decided against it and instead took another bite of his own
apple. He watched her carefully, trying to figure her out.

Meg gave the man a few coins for several of fruit. She could
tell that the prince was watching her. She felt a little annoyed
and uncomfortable. Meg turned towards the prince and asked,
"Anything I can help you with? "

"Umm.." Eric didn't know how to respond to that. He paused a
moment before saying, "You treat me like just any other person."
It wasn't a question, just a statement. That was what was so
different about this woman. The way she treated him.

one." Eric said, frowning, "I can't wrap my mind around it." He
followed close behind her, wanting to keep the conversation up.

"I don't like treating anyone like they are superior to anyone
else." Meg said as she continued picking up foods and buying
them. She was getting down a couple of coins left for spending
on food.
