Al guided her expertly through the crowd and took her into the
alley he was in earlier. "It's just up this staircase," he said,
pushing a creaky door open and leading her up said staircase.
They soon reached a run-down room with cloth over a large
window-like hole in the wall. "Home sweet home," he said, almost
sheepish, as he scratched the back of his neck.

"Oh, I used to live in this big tower with my Mother so that I'd
be safe." Rapunzel explained after seeing Al's expression.

"Huh." Al's expression didn't change. "Interesting." His face
brightened a little as he remembered the view he had promised
her. "Oh! Right, the castle," he said, and walked over to the
cloth. He pulled the cloth back and smiled. "It's beautiful,
isn't it?"

Rapunzel gasped, running over to the window and looking out.
"It's beautiful!" She said, in awe, "Wow... You're so lucky to
have a view like this.."

Rapunzel looked over at him and smiled. "It's much better than
the tower's view. All I could see was some greenery." She said.

"That must've gotten old fast," Al said, sitting down in the
hole in the wall, patting the spot next to him for her to sit.
