Damon winked before walking inside, holding the door open for
Amanda. His stomach growled faintly and it occured to him that
he hadn't eaten anything today. He'd been so caught up in his
thoughts this morning that he'd skipped breakfast.

thought. "So, what's your favorite type of pizza?"

booth near a corner of the restaurant away from everybody else
and sat down.

Damon ordered their food quickly and hurried back to Amanda's
table with the food, placing her in front of her. "Lunch is
served." He said grinning as he sat down.
