"I see. me I meet her when she got lost" She said
"You like them, that's good" She said smiling
Maybe she should go home, Ariel wouldn't be back for a while and
she was worried
"Thank you" she gratefully said
She stood up and smiled
"Could you take me to the castle? I would like to see if my
friend is back" she asked kindly

Man, this girl is persistent. He sighed, finishing off the last
of his apple pie. "I'm doubting she's back." He said, "Though if
she doesn't come home soon then the guards will go looking for
her. Are you sure you want to go the castle? It's not very
exciting and it get quite-" He stopped himself. What am I
talking about? What had he been about to say? Lonely. He shook
his head suddenly irritated at himself. Where were these stupid
thoughts coming from?

Snow looked over at him
"Quite what? sorry I don't mean to intrude." Snow said
She smiled softly at him.
"Do you have any friends Rick?" She asked
He did seem rather lonely, maybe that's what she senescence
before, why would he lie to her?

"Er, quite.. Confusing. So many stairways and passages. I
wouldn't want you to get lost." Eric said, covering up as best
he could. The corner of his lips twitched into a frown. She
thinks I have no friends?! Great... Now she feels sorry for me..
Eric sighed, running hand through his hair. "Of course I have
friends." He said. Most are dead.. He thought bitterly.

Snow looked at him not quite believing him
"Your very though full thank you. You have been there?" She
asked kindly
She hoped her kindness would warm him up to her, after all she
could always use another friend. I wonder what Ariel would say
she thought

"No problem." He said, "Yeah, I've been there before." Eric
grimaced, thinking of what happened last time he was there. The
princess ran off and now no one knew where she was. Marrying him
couldn't be that bad. She said liked someone else. Wait. He
froze. The solution is easier than I thought. I'll just kill the
guy that she's in love with and then nothing will keep her from
marrying me. Simple. Now if I just knew who he was... He looked
over at Snow and frowned in deeper. Why is she being so kind?
Are there people that really act like that? He looked her over
wondering if she was secretly an assasin come to befriend and
then kill him. He sighed finally looking away from her. Why am I
being so paranoid? "I'm sorry.." He said finally, "If I've
seemed rude at all..."

She softly smiled
"Really? is it nice there?" She said smiling
She didn't realise he was being rude, but what he said was a bit
rude
"No, you don't seem rude" She said kindly

"That's... Good." Eric said. Was it? Should I be nice to her? He
answered that thought immediately. Of course. He hated being
rude to women. Sure he may be plotting to kill one but that was
for the greater good. It had to be done. He'd given Ariel the
chance to marry him and if she didn't want him then she was of
no use. He could find his own Queen later. But this girl, Snow,
was not his type of girl. Not Queen material. But he still
wasn't planning on being rude. "It's alright. Your footsteps
echo which makes it almost possible for people to sneak up on
you. Unless there is an assasin. They're pretty sneaky." He
said. He was finding himself open up more to Snow the longer
they talked.

Snow smiled and giggled the cutest laugh
"That must be very interesting. Assassins huh. Wow I bet it's
big." She shot him a kind smile
Snow looked at Rick, he wasn't UN attractive now she thought
about it.
"You can have another pie if you wish I have loads in this
basket. Plus I know you like them" She kindly said
She offered him another one of her apple pies. She was nice to
him because she wanted to be, she hoped they could be friend.
Maybe I'll ask him she thought

Eric smiled, pleased that he got a laugh out of her. "It's HUGE.
I think even if someone lived there for there entire life that
they still wouldn't have been everywhere inside of it." He
flashed her a smile, a rare one at that. He hardly ever gave
anyone a full smile. "Thanks." He said taking another pie,
"They're great. You're really an excellent cook." He
straightened suddenly an idea passing through his mind. Without
thinking he blurted it out, "You should come work at the castle
as a chef!" Wait, what am I thinking?! If she works there than
she'll find out who I really am. Ugh, idiot...
