       Name: Rain Necklace
       Desc. A special item of the Asari clan. it allows the user to
       channel Soft Lightning through it to create projections of
       animals to assist in combat. It also has a special seal that
       helps regulate the holder's emotional stability. Seeing as the
       Asari clan can be quite tough it's only natural they would
       devise a method to prevent it's members from abandoning the
       clan. It also allows them to perform daily meditations even when
       stressed. So it can be said that this necklace acts as a sort of
       anti-depressant by causing the brain to release certain
       chemicals that would help counter-balance any negative feelings
       or hesitation the holder may have, as to more easily attain a
       proper balance of one's physical, mental, and emotional
       well-being.
