Character Creation Template

1st off were only allowed 1 Kekkei Genkai, Kekkei Tota, or
Tailed Beast. You can only gain access to other abilities
through stealing another person's ability (if it's stealable).
As for special items, they are gainable and stealable. Be sure
to ask Valyiyal if you need help with character creation or the
creation and balancing of custom Kekkei Genkai or Custom Kekkei
Tota. Please not that KT are limited to kage and TB are given to
those who have some relation to Kage.

Summons: Salamandra (Flaming serpent. Supposed to be huge and
flaming but at genin rank, Flare can only summon weaker
versions.)
Items: Zantetsuken (Twin chakrums. One is red and one is blue.
They're Ryuashi weapons.)
Ninja tool
Haircolor: Flame red
Eyecolor: Emerald green
Appearance: Flare is a short 13 year old, and wears her ninja
headband around her left upper arm. Her hair goes down to her
shoulder blades and she has crimson scaled dragon wings, like
most Ryuashi clan members. (Except well, they get different
scale colors, of course.) She wears black gloves on a regular
basis and usually wears a green tank top with a long sleeved
black shirt underneath. She also wears a black ninja skirt and
the usual ninja shoes (no heels). Flare's eyes can turn
reptilian, where her eyes are yellow and her pupils are jagged.

Appearance: Skye usually wears the hokage cloak, but definitely
doesn't wear the hat. His dragon wings have dark green scales.
He's rather tall and has long hair like his sister, except his
hair goes down to the middle of his back.

usually wears dark blue robes with some yellow mixed in.

at some point. So yeah, he knows samurai techniques and ninja
techniques)

Eyecolor: Dark Green
Appearance: Phantom has short messy white hair and tends to wear
his ninja headband normally (aka around his head so the symbol
shows on his forehead and all that). He's always wearing a dark
brown scarf that covers half his face (from the nose down) and
when he doesn't wear the scarf, it shows just how feminine his
features are. He's extremely thin, almost to the point of
appearing to be anorexic. He's also very pale.
Note: Phantom has tuberculosis (oh look im an asshole to my
characters)

Description: Ed is extremely petite. He's very short and thin,
and has short black hair with long bangs that cover his eyes. He
tends to wear his ninja headband around his waist, like a belt.
His eyes are rather large and dark green, and he appears to be
weak, in all seriousness. He's anything but weak, or even
innocent. He's been through a lot, and won't hesitate to kill if
he has to.
