Please Read these Forum Rules

Ok everyone welcome to the Forum :)
1st off i'd like to start of by saying thank you for taking the
time to read this. i hope you all enjoy this forum and all it
contains. Anyway i should probably start by listing some basic
rules of conduct and RP, like any good admin/moderator.
Rules of the Forum:
1: no swearing ANYWHERE on/in the forum. kids may end up looking
at the site.
2: no sexual and or innapropriate conduct or content. failure to
follow this rule will result in IMMEDIATE delete of the content
in question and a 1 week ban. If this happens a 2nd time it will
result in a Permanent ban.
3: ABSOLUTELY no cyber-bullying of any kind and in any way shape
or form. This site if for FUN. not to make the person next to
you cry. if ANYONE bullies another person on/in this forum or in
PM on/in this forum they will be permanently banned from the
forum. There is no reason cyber-bullying should occur here and
if you are being cyber-bullied here. please speak up and send me
a copy of the cyber bullying in question for me to verify that
you are being bullied.
4: no sexist or racist comments or behavior. This is not only
rude but it is VERY disrespectful and offensive. Doing so will
result in a 1 week ban. doing it a 2nd time will result in a
permanent ban.
5: have fun and be friendly :D
RP Rules:
1: no god-modding.
This rule is very obvious. Basically don't be Overpowered.
It makes other people not want to RP with you. and it makes it
frustrating to play with you. It's perfectly fine to be
powerful. it makes things a lot more interest then everyone
having whimpy characters just make sure your character isn't
unstoppable.
2: no auto-hitting
basically your attacks don't ALWAYS hit. People don't like
getting hit, so they will try to the best of their ability to
evade being fataly wounded. Also what some people don't know
about this rule is that, not only can you not decide for your
opponent that your attack hits but you can't tell them how it's
going to effect them. But, you ARE allowed to describe and
clarify what is LIKELY and all the effects of your technique.
But the effect it has on the opponent is up to that person,
whether the attack connects, cuts off a limb, etc. as long as
they RP fairly.
3: no meta-gaming
this goes with god-modding. being able to know things that
your character wouldn't normally know. i'm not just talking
about stuff like your character somehow magically knowing that
their in an RP lol XD. But some of the more advanced stuff.
Like, your character can't magically know all the powers other
players have or their effects simply because you read their bio.
You have to have legitimate reasons to know things that would be
considered "hidden" knowledge. Things that would be "hidden"
knowledge include but are not limited to: abilities, powers,
techniques, being hidden from in some way, etc.
4: When RPing please post EVERYTHING and be as descriptive as
possible.
Yes, it's perfectly fine to be lazy and post the bare
minimum and post things like: "so and so takes a seat at the
table". But in certain situations (especially in fights) it's
very important even crucial that you post everything and be
descriptive. it allows everyone who's reading it to perfectly
understand everything that's going on and RP accordingly. Even
the hidden things should be posted, because there is a chance
that the other person will have some technique or ability that
might allow them to know/counter what your doing. So please
don't assume they have "no way" of detecting that which is
"hidden" so please make sure to post even the hidden things.
5: yes you can have multiple characters.
This concludes both sets of rules. Now on to actual RP's There
is an "Recommended RP section" where you the member can post
whatever RP type from any anime,manga, or game series you like.
and it will be looked at. I have been on General RP sites before
and they have a simple flaw of having TO MANY different kinds of
RP's going on all in the same timeframe. this causes both stress
on the users as well as half-finished RP's that are tossed in
the garbage for newer RP's that will eventually reach the same
half-finished end after the 20th page or so. So in order to
prevent this we will only be running 3 RP's at any given time.
Once an RP is complete it will be replaced with another one in
the recommended RP list. Also all RP's will have scheduled days
to allow people to have breaks and enjoy life (ya know unless
you decided to join in all 3 RP's). Each RP will run on 2
specified days a week. (Sunday is excluded).
