       Name: Asari Clan

       History: A clan located in Kirigakure. This clan was started by
       Ugetsu Asari back during Kirigakure's founding. He was a
       generally peaceful man who preferred to spend his days playing
       his flute and relaxing. He also had a natural proficiency with
       swordsmanship as well as an unnatural level of chakra control.
       By combining his fast flexible movements with his pacifist
       nature he developed the clan's hiden techniques. The Shigure
       Soen Ryu, known as the "Invincible Sword Style" for it's
       adaptive and flexible nature. And the Soft Lightning, with the
       capability to pass through and pull apart any ninjutsu. Ugetsu
       Asari, was truly a legend in his own right. His skill with a
       sword was completely unrivaled throughout the land. Some legends
       even speculate he was also the original leader of the 7
       swordsmen of the mist (even though there is no proof of this
       claim)
       Shigure Soen Ryu: A sword style comprised of 3 Defensive
       Techniques and 4 Offensive Techniques. What makes this sword
       style so incredible is it's adaptive nature. Unlike most sword
       style it is ever evolving, with each generation creating new
       techniques for it while lesser techniques are forgotten.
       Allowing the style to continually grow and evolve. Also due to
       it's nature, it's entirely possible that members of the Asari
       Clan actually use the style in completely different ways with
       different techniques.
       Soft Lightning: Due to the clan's pacifistic philosophy they
       found a way to control lightning release to such an extent that
       instead of using actual techniques they instead emit and control
       individual sparks of electricty that flow together and appear to
       look like blue flames. It is utilized to pacify ninjutsu as well
       as targets without harming them. It neutralizes ninjutsu by
       having the individual sparks flow through gaps in chakra and
       tear apart the bonds in the technique.
       Aggregate Art: To prove mastery over the clan's hiden
       techniques, the individual must develop a technique that
       completely blends there mastery over Shigure Soen Ryu and Soft
       Lightning to produce a technique that is both offensive and
       defensive in nature.
