Pros
- Short simple plot for show
- Plot rolled to second show
- The stooges for the second night were good for rabble rousing
and entertaining the littles
- The overall look of the area was fantastic. boxes and burlap
sacks added a good theme
- prison cell was a nice touch
- Photo Booth was amazing
Cons
- a Few of the boxes were too light and kept twisting when kids
would lean on rope, either need more boxes or heavier boxes :'(
or an alt solution to crowd control
- choreography was too cluttered and close to the entrance
- to much time between shows
- Eli does not know how to tie knots and assaulted a family with
the despair flag (despair does not appreciate this)
- planning for transportation could have been smoother
- non fleet members should not be in backstage areas
- performers should make everyone aware of their needs for
certain areas during the performance so non essentials can clear
out

I like and agree with everything you got Tiny. I can only offer
the proposed idea (I think Shaun came up with?) to have "do not
cross" signs attached to the ropes for the fight area. Kids are
going to be difficult regardless, but I noticed a huge
difference during the show having them there. I know I missed
tear down for Fri night and apologize for that, but I thought
Sunday night went very smooth considering how difficult loading
the trucks can be.
I like our pirate princess and prince. It's good use of the
throne and helps patron interaction. Did we have business cards
at both the photo booth and throne? We should try to have fliers
about who we are next time for inquiring patrons.

i think that about covers it and is a helpful list really no
matter what location we get there.
I really dont want to see those crates get any heavier.
