Morning meetings might work? If it's around 8 for us and 1 for
Dragon??

Hmmm
What if we put meetings every Saturday, but lasting all day
That way everyone can report what they've done, but we manage to
include everyone's timetables
That way if you're on earlier, you can pop in and join the
conversation, or if I'm on later I can pop in again
If we do it that way. We don't have to worry about upheaval if
we get new staff members

Sounds great! And just as a guideline, what are the general
things we should be prepared to bring to each meeting? Like sort
of a general progression of events to spur conversation?

I think it will be different for every one.
for artist I would suggest bring sketches of a few of the
characters that we have.
For the people creating the plot I suggest bringing an out line
of the plot so far.
For Script people I think that they won't have much to do until
we have some scenes drawn out.

Yay, sounds great! Can't wait to start! Tomorrow is the first
meeting, right? I'll have sketches ready! An idea: what if each
meeting was a seperate topic with the date, and at the end of
each meeting someone ~offical~ can post a summary of everything
that happened at the meeting?

The reason why I made this thread was so we didn't have to have
a bunch of threads scattered everywhere.
I like your summary Idea though.

Maybe having the meetings in separate threads would be a good
idea, that way it's easier to find the start of the topic
Then posting summaries in here with links to the meetings. Then
this thread is already stickied so it would always be at the top
Actually
I might make this a thread, then set up a new board for the
meetings
