I'm going to enter in the Oracles Character entry form later ^-^
Okay so our Oracleis going to converse with our Protagonist and
will inform him about what has happened and stuff, and yadada
yadada
But I don't know where to go from there I was thinking that the
Oracle senses another attack, but I dun know.

Maybe that would be a good time to introduce Keros? (And
possibly his henchman)
He could either attack and leave after testing peoples strength,
or he could attack and leave with the oracle, making sure she
can't tell Kyaoran anymore about the planet (although he'd be a
little bit late)

Okay so the underling attacks with some of the creatures, I'm
thinking maybe we have them stay the night at the Oracles, and
in the middle of the night that's when they attack.
