       Approved Character - Oto

       Character NameOto
       Age Rangeold
       StereotypeHe is a very condescending,and smart mouthed
       interpreter at least that's what the Oracle told me. XD
       Personality TraitsHe is very stubborn, and lazy, he will usually
       try to get people to do things for him, he also can't fight.
       However he is loyal, and a vey caring individual underneath all
       that sarcasm.
       Biography Will get to this later.
       Talents He is able to talk. He has a psychic connection with the
       Oracle, and is able to communicate her thoughts to people.
       WeaknessesHe can't fend for himself.
       Appearance Description/Concept ArtI would say something like
       this except with out the bib and with your own little twist to
       avoid copyright.
       Also his coloring is going to depend on the oracles coloring.

       [center]Okay time for my in depth description of Oto
       When I was designing Oto I was picturing him as a very arrogant
       and cocky character, who's ego will generally get him in
       trouble. Since he is so arrogant he does not genereally get
       along with people, and as such most of his conversations will
       consist of either insults backhanded compliments(as in insults
       that sound like compliments),  or will end up in an argument. In
       addition to his arrogance he is also I would say persuasive
       rather then manipulative. He just has a special way of getting
       people to do what he wants, by giving them no other choice.
       Example "Im not about to go fight that monster, but good luck."
       Something along that line.
       On the other hand Oto does enjoy helping people, but he does it
       in a way, that seems unhelpful, but in all actuality is. For
       example lets say that one of the characters is looking for
       something, but is unable to find what they are looking for.
       However Oto sees the what said person is looking for is under a
       dresser, so instead of just saying it's under the dresser. He
       will sit by the dresser, and wait until said character is in the
       perfect place. When they are he trips them, and then they find
       what they are looking for under the dresser. Of course they are
       still upset with Oto for tripping them.
       And now onto the final part of Oto which is his Laziness. Oto is
       very Lazy and will often try to get out of things like combat,
       and work. Hence why he is so persuasive . However even though he
       is lazy he is also very loyal(Especially to the Oracle for
       reasons that will be revealed at some point in time) to those he
       has decided to respect, and will never betray them the way he
       was.(Hehe fore shadowing)
       and that is pretty much Oto in a nutshell .^-^[/center]
