Stereotype she's a wise old pyschic
Personality Traits she is very patient, but can also be feisty
when provoked, she will help those who need it, and dislikes
those who try to do evil.

Talents She is a mystic, who can see fate, and foretell the
future,
Weaknesses She can not see or speak.

StereotypeHe is a very condescending,and smart mouthed
interpreter at least that's what the Oracle told me. XD
Personality TraitsHe is very stubborn, and lazy, he will usually
try to get people to do things for him, he also can't fight.
However he is loyal, and a vey caring individual underneath all
that sarcasm.
Biography Will get to this later.
Talents He is able to talk. He has a psychic connection with the
Oracle, and is able to communicate her thoughts to people.
WeaknessesHe can't fend for himself.
Appearance Description/Concept ArtI would say something like
this except with out the bib and with your own little twist to
avoid copyright.
Also his coloring is going to depend on the oracles coloring.

I decided to make another villain and you'll never guess who it
is... give up? It's Kero's wife since his bio says he is married
I decided to make her.:D
I'm also still working on the fourth good character, but I
thought I should add more variety to the bad guys first. ^-^
Also she is only part human.

her only being part human)
