       server will be offline untill future notice trying to find out
       why people cant use the client and still looking for a coder cuz
       i dont understand nothing of coding a RSPS

       ok i tryied to add ::master and tryied to fix ::givemod
       ::givehidden and ::giveadmin but it didnt worked
