Open the private server's data folder.

Type the name of your user account in the File Explorer panel
into the search text box. The resulting search displays a .xml
file that contains all the relevant data pertaining to your
account. If you wish to give an admin, moderator or owner role
to a different account, search for that account instead.

Right-click the .xml file. Select "Open With" and open the file
in a basic word editing program such as Notepad.

Press "CTRL + F" to open the find panel...(lol you probably
know that bro) In the Find panel, type "character-rights." Press
"OK." The character-rights line of code is now highlighted OR
you could scroll through the file until you see this line of
code.

Change what character-rights equals to to change the user role
Moderator is 1, administrator is 2 and Owner is 3
Save the file.

Run your server by double-clicking the run executable file. Log
into your account.

Press the tilde button on your keyboard to open the command
line. Type the command you wish to use for the user role you
have. Start off all commands with two colons. [::]
TRY THESE STEPS.
