Server Back Online!

Ok guys i have re-portforwarded and remade the new no-ip for the
server Client and webclient had been updated too along with the
new vote page (i wil have to re-jar and reupload the client so
when people do ::vote ingame they get redirected to the new vote
page) but by now i will leave the webclient and client up i will
reinstall skype again too and i will have a small beta test
(with a new webclient page that i made ofc it will have the
buttons for the forums soon). Who ever wants to test the new
webclient that will be heavy updated just let me know i will
make the new webclient page with the links for: Voting,
Donating, Forums, Xatbox and of course the desktop client there
might be a Runescape account donation link too. Its all for now
guys this are the upcomming updates that will be finished untill
the end of this year and by the begin of the next one i will try
to take the pc with me in the christmas vacations to try and
finish it faster but i wont have internet therefore server wont
be online unless i find a way to have internet.

In other words , dragon scape is back online . Use the webclient
links at the top.
And dragon i will be happy to test for you
