       Like the title says we now have a shoutbox! since UAE only made
       that webclient to try to advertise his server usingdragonscape
       wich now he got banned from forums he is now unbanned from
       server and all staff have autorization to ipban him if you see
       him!

       Will be very useful if somebody cant get on they can just talk
       through the chat box.
