       Rise of Halflings

       from a torn pamplet found on the streets of Protectors Enclave
       The Horns of change blow my family!
       It is time for the Halflings to Rise up and become a force in
       Neverwinter.
       The humans start civil wars that we are dragged into and are
       used as cannon fodder.
       The elves  "blesed" us with the sorceress Valendra and her
       dracolitches. Unknown amounts of our breathern were used as
       morsels to feed.
       Now the Dwarves and Drow curse our settlements with vampires and
       Demons.
       It is time now that we Rise up and put end to this. It is time
       that we Lead NEVERWINTER in the halfling ways.
       RISE UP MY BROTHERS! RISE UP MY SISTERS!
       Neverwinter is in need of peace and HALFLINGS Will Bring it to
       her!
