       Event Ideas?

       Hello, everyone
I would really like some ideas for guild events that we have not
already done. I know the new content is still, well... new...
but it would be great to get some ideas for new events that
include players of all levels. It would also be great to have
some events for players of specific levels.
If ya got 'em, post 'em!

So I have this one that came to me after last night looking for
the scry stones in ice wind pass. Now, I know that if we go
online do simple search we pull up locations of the scry stones
easy enough with pictures and all hard work done for us.
However, it's NOT Dragonbane. What the event would be starting
in Protectors enclave we as guild go hunting the scry stones
together as one show of force. At every scry stone we take a
guild photo and post our own scry stone locations here in the
guild forums. We won't use hopefully, one already made online as
stated above as this be more about exploring as a guild. Also
depending on turn out we have a wide range of high low levels so
well shuffle high and low levels into every party that way if
someone gets agroed well have high levels in same party that
will be able to zone in with help of party marker.

How about farming the HE in each area Icewind dale, dreadring
and W O dragons this is fun and beneficial to guild and toons, 1
we get refining stones to save for 2xRP, 2 most HE drop
enchantments R5 and lvl70 gear green or blue. This would help
every one out plus the fact that you get a boat load of
profession items and a chance to get some cool gear lol.

I am not sure how many in the guild play PVP but I try to do it
once per day for the master of coin. I am terrible and don’t
ever expect to be good but know of a way that we can improve if
we have enough people that are interested. It is a quick way to
max out many of the Ice Wind Dale Campaign tasks.
We get a group of 10-20 and go to Icewind dale. Half sign up as
Ten-Towners and the other as Arcane Brotherhood.
We then go to dwarven valley and onto the battle hammer outpost.
From there, we head down towards the PVP zone where there is an
area of about 10 feet on the top of the wall where players are
flagged for PVP. It is important to stay on top of the wall
since it is closer to the resurrection point at the battle
       hammer outpost.
Here is where we act. One group would be the victims and the
other the aggressors. The aggressors would slaughter the
victims which would not only pile up kills but also double and
triple kills if we are grouped. The resurrection point is only
about 40 feet away from the PVP zone making it a short run back
for the victims to be killed again. Not a lot of fun for the
victims but we will swap sides. On the victim side, they can
try to revive allies which would add to their revive allies
count. Once the first side has it is maximums, they swap and
the victims become the aggressors. I would think 30 minutes to
an hour would allow all 20 to get many of the 10 Icewind Dale
PVP tasks and get a nice boon or two for PVP along with some of
       the 4 other awards.
Anyway, let me know if anyone is interested. I would love to
pick up some boons in PVP.
       Sincerely,
       Bjorn

I agree with any PVP event people want to do. I know people are
scared & turned off to PVP (I don't blame them, a high number
of toxic people are attracted to PVP). The SH Siege events we
have done are pretty fun. Also if you progress through the PVP
campaign itself it is a good way to earn alot of AD. Just
popping in on a match or 2 during PVP season you can earn
trophies to buy high level enchantment stones for upgrading
gear/enchantments. I've seen guilds/alliances in solo dom all
take over public queue, those matches are pretty lame/boring
cause everyone just sits on the nodes and no action. I think
that would be a good way to ease people into PVP if we have a
group do public queue on Solo Dom. Once in the match people can
either choose to fight (great way to learn on your toon) or
stand by the campfire if they are shy.
