       Democracy is a set of methods used by a society to achieve a set
       of results.
       Note: 'Optimal' means you have to do work based on the variables
       for each scenario
       Methods
       I.  Each member (of society) has access to representation
       - Representation is having an influence on politics, economics,
       and law
       - Representation is not in the form of appointed officials
       II. Each member has suffrage
       III. The rights of each member are encoded and preserved
       Results
       I. Each member has an optimal understanding of how to attain
       representation
       II. Each member has an optimal understanding of how to make
       decisions
       III. Each member's life has optimal protection
       IV. Each member has access to sufficient resources
       IV. Resources are replenished optimally
       V. Resources have optimized distribution and supply
       VI. There is prejudice built into the government
