Well, the beast has to be stronger if it's limited to certain
conditions, but I guess the other two came be equaled out.

We can't limit all power levels to Canon otherwise this'll be
impossible to mod

No, I mean that a restriction like "Can only be used at night."
should be negative points, as it's a restriction rather than a
power.

yes, Good point... It's gonna be hell coming up with all these
modifiers :/ anyone up for starting an IRC or AIM Blast group?

It'll be easier if you just take apart established attacks, like
Kamehameha and Destructo Disk.

Hey, I just had a thought: What if Transformations were given to
characters like Tiered Classes work in Skylessia? Like, at Lv.15
you Tier one Transformation, and get to create one for Mod
Approval. But, have 5 tiers of it, and make guidelines for
certain races, like Changelings create Transformations, but
their bonuses go to their Final Form, and stuff like that.
