I like looking at PL like that...
So we're splitting powerlevel[Overall lvl.] and Technique
Level[Skill Points]
And we're breaking TL down into Subsections, consisting of
[Technology] [Martial/Weapon] [Magic/Ki]... Anything need be
added

... hmm... I think Ki should be strictly an energy source. Like
Kamehameha and Destructo Disk both deal physical damage despite
being ki attacks. Plus, flight is just propelling your ki
downwards.
