I abbreviated. It kept my list nice and neat. And I realized
tiers were useless half-way through, so disregard that part. :P

I can't really remember what a halfling is. but we we should
combine the two namek types and just leave the decision to
flavour text

Half-Saiyan.
And I disagree. They're actually pretty distinct. Plus, they
even out and allow for a pure white magic class, which would
create good group dynamics.
