---------------------------------------------------------
How about we just make a list of attributes Physical Techniques
would have and worry about balancing afterwords?
Tiered Power (x3 or x5?)
Tiered Speed (x3 or x5?)
Has an after-image
Dazes the opponent
Defensive Technique (Requires opponent attack)
Multiple Hits
Redirecting Technique (Requires specific opponent attack -
Punch/Kick/Throw)
---------------------------------------------------------
Talent: Weak Strength - The attack has been weakened
significantly, to a fraction of normal strength.
Requirements (Normal Strength)
Cost = 1 Talent Pt
Value = +0
Talent: Normal Strength - The attack has the power of a normal
attack, as one would expect from an average person.
Requirements (None, Basic Talent)
Cost = 0 Talent Pts
Value = +1
Talent: Advanced Strength - The attack has power that has been
refined through training. It easily smashes wood and dents
metal.
Requirements (Normal Strength, Physical Tier 2)
Cost = 2 Talent Pt
Value = +2
Talent: Champion Strength - The attack has power that has been
greatly increased by training, capable of even bending steel.
Requirements (Advanced Strength, Physical Tier 3)
Cost = 5 Talent Pts
Value = +3

a normal individual, and can easily shatter boulders and
concrete.

Value = +10
Talent: Slow - The attack is slowed, making it easier to
preform, but also easier to evade.

individual is capable of. Only those with intense training stand
a chance of

Oh so Rapid Strike.... Redundant? Flash step and after Image
kinda take the cake, maybe a step down from Flash step?
And Melee weapons.... Swords, Staffs, Spears etc.

... um... you know Fist of the North Star? Kinda like that main
guy's main attack. Just a barrage of repeated attacks... a
flurry of punches, for example...

Is that just to use a melee weapon in the attack, I assume?

But is specifying a flurry of punches neccessary when after
Image means you're traveling at least 3x faster than the speed
of light?

.... an after image can be obtained with normal hand movement...
but that's beside the point... and after-image could be just for
one attack, and a flurry of punches doesn't require and
after-image.

An after Image is for one attack. But it's possible you can keep
going. Lika A flash step being the speed of light. It's directed
towards running but if you can run that fast I garuntee your
hands can move that fast, which is why I'm saying we should Make
it the first Tier skill

... What I'm saying is and after-image, and multiple attacks are
different things, and thus should be different modifiers. Also,
everything doesn't have to be tiered. Also, a Flash Step isn't
the speed of light, it's just faster than a human's ability to
perceive light.
