Instead of making them come ingame, why not do an activity
check, both here and on the GWDM Forum? (seeing as if they
haven't registered, that'll give them the time to register once
they notice the topic.) PM them so that they know whats going on
also.

PM them on the GWDM Forums if they have an account there, if
they don't then thats...just a kick in the ass for them.
