I had to cull one book that the price was still set at $3.99.
UPDATE: The author was able to get the book discounted, and it
was put back into the lineup.

proactive pushing of the promos is slow on Sunday. Take a few
minutes if you have it and schedule at least three more tweets
or Facebook posts.
