       Everska is a hidden valley high in the Graypeak Mountains. It is
       inhabited primarily by elves, and contains one of the most
       spectacular examples of magical levitation in the world: the
       floating city of Evereska.
       Not wanting to disturb the peace of the valley below with their
       homes, ancient elves levitated a massive piece of rock, atop
       which they built their city with the aid of the valley's pegasi.
       Because of the valley's extreme isolation, it has avoided many
       of the world's woes, and is perhaps the last peaceful province
       of elves in all of Faerun.
       Besides the floating city, the valley is famed for its clear
       waters, clean air, and blue leafed trees, which were magically
       sculpted by the elves long ago.
