       Elfharrow is very lightly populated region featuring incredible
       Karst topography. It is inhabited primarily by a human-like race
       known as Clavats, who came with the Lilty thousands of years ago
       and never left.
       Unlike their human counterparts, Clavats have little interest in
       expansion and power. They are content to lead simple,
       agricultural lives, with only the faintest hints of militarism
       in the interest of defense.
       Elfharrow is currently being encroached upon by the Great Blight
       of the Plaguewrought land. Despite the Clavats' best efforts at
       stemming the advance of this blight, many of the outlying
       communities have had to be abandoned. Many think that it is only
       a matter of time before these peaceful folk are driven into the
       sea.
