       Tall and lanky, with sandy blonde hair. Missing thumb and index
       finger on right hand.
       Younger brother of Lord Manfred Fullerstar, leader of the
       province of Greenwood in Grand Halen. Former commander of Fort
       Greenwood. A nervous young commander, spends his time reading
       books on military history, and a few romance novels. Caught by
       the Fallen Star Company stealing food from the stores of Fort
       Greenwood and bringing them to Beatrice, a young woman in the
       town of Woodfork with whom he is infatuated.
       Lord Manfred faked his brother's execution, and sent him to live
       in Woodfork with Beatrice. The party determined that he is
       likely residing with Beatrice currently.
