I find and buy the guide and 2 large nets, looking at Ssyar "Im
sure at im ready to make out to the hunting grounds, some
killing going to happen."

Olly traces the group, watching their movements along with those
of the folks around then. Hide: 1d20 (12) + 4 (small) =16
after seeing the scroll pass hands Olly determines any magical
properties using Eldritch Vision

The merchant selling the manual says "Ohhhh thank you!" and
Ssyar nods in approval. "You be doin' great maan, now just to
feel your thrill."
Olly, while up in the rafters, some pigeons begin to pay you
some attention, "koo kooo, koo kooo" they say, which you
understand to be "Koo, owl koo, owl koo." They sound rather
friendly. With your stealthy movements, no one on the ground
appears to pay you any mind, and the koo-ing of the pigeons you
assume to be probably normal. Zeroing in on the scrolls you do
not see anything magical about it, however the painting of the
flaming spear on the wall does appear to give off some latent
magical energy.
Ssyar says to Clunk "I tink you be ready maan, grab da boat and
head out unless you or your friends still need someting."

Ollyfein puffel contorts his feathers to display an illusion on
his feathers. He then wobbles at the pigeons in a playful bird
way while returning koos of his own. Afterwards he rides an easy
updraft over the boat prepared for by the lizardmen.

Looking over the merchant's wares, Viri rubs his chin, and then
calls out, "Master Asmundr! What say you about acquiring this
botanical field guide for the benefit of the company? I am quite
sure knowledge of poultices and oils could only be a boon to our
party!"

Viri says this, but when no charasmatic voice returns the call,
he realizes that Asmundr took off with Geoffrey, Joseph and
Razvahn several minutes before, likely slipping away while Viri
was inspecting the far-eastern weaponry. Viri while considering
the option does however notice that Clunk rather uncerimoniously
but with practicality purchased the Field Guide.
*If anyone has something they like to do here then feel free to
post, otherwise I'll be moving on*

The remaining troops of the Fallen Star Company after their
shopping extravaganza head back to the temple boat, preparing to
head out to a small island near Ilthan to hunt a great
Archgriffin.
The sails of the Hang Em High unfurl when as it emerges from the
cove and the salty sea breeze graces the face of everyone on the
deck. Without Asmundr, Geoffrey, and Joseph however, you notice
that the boat is rather understaffed, causing everyone to take
up some extra duties. But the weather is fine, and the boat
plows through the gentle waves easily. You think you will arrive
by sundown at this pace.
Just as Myrat is shrinking in the distance, the wind picks up
unexpectedly and while understaffed the boat becomes difficult
to control, then suddenly you hear a big of scraping off the
port side, as if wood were rubbing wood...

Clunk turns to Olly and says 'more power to starboard side",
(Manly check 5(str)+(D20)4+(prof)4=13) as clunk pulls sails to
move us the other way. Heaveing and pulling with all this
might, turning to Viri " Pull us away from the obstruction."

the sound (perception: 9), and then from this position casts
gust at the sails-giving added push towards the starboard
