       A lizardfolk who is often seen with Yam Tan, as far as
       Lizardfolk go, he mingles with Humans up on the upper levels of
       Halshan Myrat very often. He was the original owner of the
       Senhora Rosalie, he lost the vessel in a night of gambling with
       Mr. Rooshi, though the loss doesn't seem to really bother him
       much. You get the sense that through large losses and gains, he
       at least breaks even with his bets, and the vessel doesn't seem
       to be fitting for his needs anyways.
