       Lokir (Deceased)

       A man from the town of Brindle in Vaasa. The party found him in
       the dungeons of Bloodstone Castle, awaiting execution for
       stealing a horse. He doesn't seem completely right in the head,
       and is prone to rambling and trailing off as he speaks.
       Lokir guided the party into Vaasa, and to the town of Brindle,
       where the party sought audience with the Warlock Knight
       Raedwald. While meeting with Raedwald, Lokir attempted to
       assassinate him, hoping that the party would come to his aid.
       The party did not, and Lokir was cut in half for his insolence.
