The room is silent as you exit.
Outside, the night air is calm and cold. A few dead leaves float
by in a wavering breeze. Above, you can see the red moon,
brighter than ever, along with three unknown pink stars in the
northern sky. They too seem brighter than last you made note of
them.
*Thorax was not allowed into the castle, so you believe that you
might find him somewhere down in the village.*

Asmundr does a animal crossing debts-paid dance as he closes the
doors of the keep behind him. I will assume that I am able to
find Thorax. "Hail High Warlord Thorax, I come to you a man with
new sovereignty. The crusaders of Bardertown have been liberated
from Grand Halen, we are now unaffiliated with a crown. Come if
you will Thorax, we set out to right the wrongs done in the
Northlands."

You find Thorax seated on a rock beside the river, staring into
the swift, dark current. Small beads of water cover his green
skin, and his thick hair is lank and heavy with water. The
bandage has been removed from his arm, showing a ragged stump.
His other arm is stuck into the river up to the elbow.
"One will not become strong drinking only water," he says in a
low growl, remaining perfectly still as the cold water flows
around his arm. "What my people often forget, however, is that
one cannot live without it." His muscles suddenly tense, and he
rips a fat trout from the river. The fish writhes and wriggles
in his massive hand, until he clenches, and you hear the
creatures neck snap. He bites into its belly, and with his mouth
full of trout and blood, he says, "I will join you. For now."

How far from here is the Bar College? If it is close, I travel
there seeking Blaster.

The Bar College is in the woods on the edge of town. Walking
there with Thorax, you pass the barricades that have been set-up
by the town militia. Several militiamen and knights eye the
hulking orc walking beside you with a mixture of awe and
disgust, but they at least know better than to make any comment.
Looking to the woods in the direction of Bardertown, all seems
eerily silent.
The college itself looks to be little more than a large Mead
Hall tucked in among the trees. There are many barrels stacked
haphazardly next to the building, and you can see a few men
relieving themselves on the nearby trunks. Another man, quite
old an dirty, is passed out next to the front door. Thorax looks
displeased, but follows you, stooping to enter through the front
door.
Inside the calm of the night is instantly broken. You are
greeted by shouts and a blast of hot air, and as if from
nowhere, both you and Thorax are now holding mugs of ale. The
entire hall is a mess of tables and chairs in various states of
disrepair, with all sorts of people in various states of
drunkenness clinging to them. In the center of all of this, you
see Blaster, completely naked except for his bucket helmet,
fighting several other men at once in the center of a group of
cheering onlookers. As he heaves one attacker over his shoulder
and slams him on the ground, he grabs a mug from one of the
spectators, chugs its contents, and then smashes it in the face
of another opponent.
A squat, balding man with a hairy belly poking out of his mostly
ripped shirt stumbles up to you. Putting his arm around you, he
says with breath that reeks of alcohol, "Wha cannn ehbee do for
YOU my..." he squints, and pulls your face very close to his
with meaty hands, "boyyyyy...?"

Asmundr is... delayed by the scene of the hall. "I am searching
for Blaster, there is great peril in the Northlands and we need
assistance from... the great... talent training here."
How large and physically intimidating is Blaster compared to,
say, Thorax. Blaster is 6'7" and his STR was 18 and CON was 16
at lvl 2.

-jumping back to the other events-
Geoffrey looks understanding, but puts concern in his voice and
looks to the party and the paladin.
"I understand that our trustworthiness may yet be questionable,
but can we not agree that having slain the wyvrn bothering you
so has earned us an amount of trust, such that we may defend
ourselves should any attack arise?"

Seeing as Asmundr is sort of scouting for what he sees as a new
company of Adventurers with self-sovreignty, he thinks back to
Rognvaldr's suggestion of taking Aisha with him.
What does Asmundr know about Aisha? What encounters have they
had with eachother. NPC page for her?

*Thorax is larger— About 8 feet tall, if he stood up straight,
probably 400 pounds. Thick muscles, broad shoulders.*
"Graperill, huh? Ner hervim. Welp, Buster can't leave till he
getshbeat. Guessn you'll bhere awhile! Hah!" The man slaps you
across the back, then snatches the mug out of your hand,
draining its contents into his mouth, amazingly without spilling
a drop.
Thorax surveys the debauchery before him with a hardened face.
He looks down at the mug in his hand, then flicks his eyes up
towards Blaster. He lumbers forward, easily shouldering people
out of his way. As he enters the circle of spectators around
Blaster's fight, he stops, holds the mug out before him, and
then slowly pours its contents onto the floor, before letting it
drop.
At the sound of the mug clattering on the floor, Blaster
releases the man he had in a grapple, who stumbles out of the
ring. He spins wildly to face (kind of) where Thorax is
standing, and raises a swaying arm to point (kind of) at the
large orc. He then lets out a wild cry

before flying at
Thorax.
Blaster closes on his opponent with surprising speed, grabbing a
chair from the floor on the way. Thorax raises his maimed arm,
forgetting for a moment that it ends at the elbow, in an attempt
to block Blaster's advance. Blaster ducks Thorax's stump and
smashes the chair into his side, and in one fluid motion wraps
Thorax and his good arm in a grapple. Despite the orcs
struggles, he is unable to break Blaster's iron grip. Blaster
then tangles his legs with Thorax's, and the two of them go
crashing to the floor, Thorax landing flat on his back. The
crowd cheers.
Thorax then lets out a thunderous roar and slams his head
straight into Blaster's helmet. Blaster is sent reeling
backwards, releasing Thorax from his grasp. Thorax then lunges
forward off his back and grabs Blaster, still dazed, by the
collar and charges straight through the crowd. The two of them
go smashing through the wall of the hall and tumble into the
night air.
A crowd gathers around the hole in the wall, and soon the sounds
of the scuffle outside quiet. The crowd parts as Thorax, blood
streaming down his face from a split in his forehead, enters,
with an apparently unconscious Blaster slung over his shoulder.
He looks at you and growls, "We are leaving," before stepping
back outside through the hole.
-------------------------------
Meanwhile, in the vale,
-------------------------------
An older knight, bald with a bushy beard streaked with gray and
a yellow surcoat with a red wagon wheel, says, "While it is true
that we are indebted to you for defeating the Wyvern, we still
know not what your intentions are. Friend or foe, slaying the
beast was a necessity for you if you were coming from the west.
I am sorry, but our stance is firm: if you wish to remain here
as friends, you must surrender your weapons"

Asmundr attempts to rile the crowd up about the magnificent
display of physical prowess with a "hoorah!" Before leaving. I'm
assuming we gather Blaster's belongings. Whenever Blaster
awakens Asmundr debriefs him about everything that has happened
and begs him to join the Crusaders to assist in their cause.
Asmundr then seeks Billy the Guide and asks what he intends to
do, and invites him to join along. Asmundr gathers the party's
belongings, steeds, and vehicle which are aboard the ship. I'm
assuming the Vryloka chick is somewhere around there too.
With these loose ends tied up, in however they get tied up,
Asmundr searches out Aisha on his way to Geoffrey and the
others.
