       Vryloka

       Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma increases by 2 and either
       your Dexterity or Strength increases by one.
       Age.  Vryloka have no natural lifespan. They maintain their
       physical and mental vitality for around 300 years. However,
       Vryloka who live longer than this tend to go mad and become
       physically twisted as a result of the blood magic that created
       them.
       Alignment. Vryloka are created to serve some purpose, either
       their own or that of a group. Thus, they tend to be neutral
       initially, spanning from lawful to chaotic depending on their
       aims or the aims of their group.
       Size. Human-sized, Medium.
       Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
       Languages.  Common and another language.
       Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if
       it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light.
       You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
       Living Dead. You are tainted by undeath. As a result, you count
       as both a living and undead creature. If a power has different
       effects on living creatures and undead creatures, you choose
       which effect applies to you. You are also resistant to Necrotic
       damage.
       Siphon Life. You know the Siphon Life cantrip and can cast it at
       will. Once per long rest, if your Siphon Life cantrip reduces a
       living creature to 0 HP, you may regain hit points equal to your
       level plus your Charisma modifier.

       Casting Time: 1 action
       Components: V, S
       Duration: Instantaneous
       You grasp a creature and use your blood sorcery to drain its
       life-force. Make a melee spell attack against the target, using
       Charisma as your spellcasting ability. On a hit, the target
       takes 1d8 necrotic damage. The spell's damage increases by 1d8
       when you reach 5th level, 11th level, and 17th level.
       Blood Dependence. Vryloka do not regain hit dice during a long
       rest unless they’ve killed with their Siphon Life ability within
       24 hours of beginning the rest.
       Heritage. You have advantage in checks to pass yourself off as
       Human.
