       Faerie (Pixies and Sprites)

       Faeries are exhibit peculiar sexual dimorphism. The males and
       females split off upon sexual maturity to live in communities of
       ghe same sex. The males, Sprites are known to host much more
       martial and disciplined communties, extremely wary of outsiders
       and are extremely territorial. Sprites tend to utilize extremely
       precise fighting techiques and weild some of the most artisan
       weaponry. Pixies live in much more liberal or chaotic (depending
       on who you ask) communities. They are curious about strangers
       and are known to play harmless tricks on passersby in order to
       guage their personalities. They keep safe with the use of mostly
       benign fey magic in order to hide themselves, misdirect their
       enemies, any way to avoid conflict. Faeries mate extremely
       rarely, some say this is because there is only one acceptable
       mate per Faerie. A few hundred years into maturity the Faerie
       will journey out of its village to find its mate. This is an
       extremely dangerous pilgrimage and may take centuries due to the
       the elusiveness of Faerie communities and the unlikelyhood of
       finding their one rightful mate through the hundreds of Faerie
       villages on Faerun.
       Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity increases by 2.
       Age.  Although pixies reach physical maturity at about the same
       age as humans, a pixie understanding of adulthood as other races
       see it does not really exist: they retain a certain childlike
       quality throughout their lives. A pixie typically claims
       “adulthood” around the age of 70 and can live to be 750 years
       old.
       Alignment. Pixies love freedom, variety, and self-expression, so
       they lean strongly toward the gentler aspects of chaos. They
       value and protect the freedom of others as well as their own,
       and they are more often good than not. Sprites like order and
       serenity, they tend to be lawful good.
       Size. Faeries are about 1 foot tall, and are extremely light,
       about 10lbs. Your size is Tiny.
       Speed. Your base walking speed is 10ft. You have a flying speed
       of 30ft. You may only fly when unencumbered.
       Undersized Gear. You need specialty gear due to your size and
       can only weild weapons with the undersized property, decreasing
       the damage die by 1 tier.
       Destined for Another. You are immune to Charm.
       Languages.  Common, Sylvan.
       Faerie Dimorphism. Your character gains specific traits and
       lifestyles based on its gender.
       Sprites The male faerie, are martial, disciplined, and mostly
       nonmagical.
       Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom increases by 2.
       Spritely Precision. You critical hit on a roll of a 1 for weapon
       attacks.
       Pixie. The female faerie; liberal, magical, and friendly.
       Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma increases by 2.
       Pixie magic. You know the Druidcraft cantrip. Once you reach 3rd
       level, you can cast the Sleep spell once per long rest as a
       2nd-level spell. Once you reach 5th level, you can also cast the
       Invisibility spell once per long rest. Charisma is your
       spellcasting ability for these spells.
