       Combat posts

       In a combat/encounter situation, you will usually have your 2
       actions, unless otherwise stated (a surprise round perhaps).
       Type your actions in order of occurrence, add in any free
       actions you will take (such as speaking/yelling). Then end your
       post with your current AC(armor class), noting how much it has
       changed during that turn. If you attack, state what kind of
       attack you are attempting (try to describe your attempt in
       colorful detail) roll the appropriate dice, type your dice roll,
       and then show us adding your modifiers. Once the DM gets back to
       you about whether you've hit the foe, you may roll damage and
       then describe in colorful detail what happened when your strike
       hit/missed.

       Blaster trudges through the mud, moving 30 feet closer to the
       Giant Cave Worm. He takes up his Greatsword, the bane of many
       creepy-crawly's through his adventures,  and tosses it violently
       at the beast from 10 feet away yelling, "EH! FAUCK YU YA BLOODY
       CREEPY CRAUWLY!"
       Move 30 feet closer to the Giant Cave Worm
       Ranged thrown attack with improvised thrown weapon (1d6 damage).
       Attack roll: 19
       Modifier: Str(4)+Magic weapon(1)
       Result: 24
       {DM replies: "That hit!"}
       Blaster's greatsword punctures the Giant Worm in his squishy
       center, spilling out green viscous fluid.
       Damage: 1d6(I rolled a 3)+Str(4)=7 damage
       AC: 25 (Stayed the same)

       The Giant Cave Worm recoils in pain, splurting green blood, and
       fixes its sights on the now unarmed Blaster.
       Unfortunately for Blaster, the Giant Cave Worm's blood is highly
       acidic, rusting his less-than-fancy Greatsword! (-1 to attack
       rolls until it's fixed) The Greatsword clangs to the ground.
       Although Blaster stands at 6'x'', the Giant Cave Worm's name is
       not understated, emerging completely from it's cave, is more
       than 10' long!
       Opening it's terrifying mouth and screaming like a Cthulhu
       monster, it makes a swallow attack, roll a Dexterity save
       (if you fail also roll a Constitution save vs Poison)
