Suzail (City)
By: Okakouta Date: May 23, 2014, 5:55 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
Suzail:
Population: ~150,000
Armed Forces: ~ 700 Purple Dragon Knights, War Wizards
City Militia: ~ 2,000
Navy: 16 Warships
The city of Suzail, named after the legendary Hero and dragon
slayer is the capital of Cormyr and the location of it's King.
Suzail's riches are most notable in the cities architecture -
buildings are fashioned of white stone, designed to last until
the end of the Cormyrn Line. Archways and bridges criss-cross
the city, giving it a three dimensional shape. Battlements and
guard towers dot the inner and outer rings.
On the uppermost level, overlooking the Sea of Fallen Stars is
the Throne of Honor, inside the Cathedral of Torm, which sits
upon the Holy Ground of Bahamut (a large raised stone dias).
Spires reach up to the heavens, all colored silver, with golden
accents.
Points of Interest
The city has much to offer - attracting the finest workmen in
Cormyr.
Throne of Honor - The King's Palace
Cathedral of Torm - Blessed place, where warriors may rest from
battle, or those who cannot fight pray for those who can.

spoke to Arabel I, guiding him to build a nation worthy of
Bahamut's name.
Statue of Suzail - made of pure mithril, 7m tall, it is in the
central ring of the city.
The Citadel of the Purple Dragon - where the Knight-Commanders
reside / Purple Dragon Knights HQ
National Chartering Office - the centralized location where any
long-term adventuring charters are distributed
Tavern of Seven Storms - In the Inner Ring, where most
foreigners stay - making it the most diverse place in all of
Cormyr.

(family), and political guests live
Central Ring - access to the Throne of Honor site, central
market, where most distinguished citizens live
