       supplies are regularly intercepted.
       The region's navy is (now) well supplied, and Captain Zevran of
       The Interceptor has emerged as a driving force for the so-far
       success.
       Zevran regularly conducts military exercises with the small and
       untrained western Grand Halen navy.
